First “Uncle Ho’s Good Children” Congress in Hoa Binh City

The event was attended by 220 delegates of Uncle Ho’s Good Children, representing more than 22,000 teenagers and children in the city.

Over the past years, children in Hoa Binh have constantly strived to make great achievements in their studies and training, becoming good children, good students, good team members, worthy of the title of Uncle Ho’s Good Children. In 2020 - 2025, the Ho Chi Minh Young Pioneer Organization’s Small Plan movement has donated 537 million VND, supported the construction and repairing of 12 houses, and awarded many gifts to disadvantaged students who have made great achievements in their studies and lives.

The movements of “Competing to follow Uncle Ho’s five teachings”, “Thousands of good deeds, millions of joys”, “Circle of friends”, “Helping friends go to school” were responded to by many children.

Speaking at the Congress, Secretary of the City Party Committee Nguyen Van Thang praised the outstanding achievements of the youth and children of Hoa Binh in the past time. He hoped that in the coming time, the children would continue to promote their achievements, compete to study well, actively participate in the movements, unite and help friends to progress together and do many good deeds to be worthy of being good students, good team members and good children of Uncle Ho.

At the congress, 15 good children of Uncle Ho who overcame difficulties to achieve good results in studying and training were presented with gifts. The City People’s Committee commended 10 collectives and 20 individuals with outstanding achievements in the movement “Vietnamese children compete to follow Uncle Ho’s five teachings” in 2020 - 2025 and 8 collectives and 18 individuals with outstanding achievements in the work of the Young Pioneers and children’s movements in 2020 - 2025./.
