At the conference, Associate Professor, Dr. Nguyen Toan Thang, former Director of the Institute of Culture and Development under the Ho Chi Minh National Academy of Politics, introduced a number of topics overviewing Ho Chi Minh’s ideology, morality and the responsibilities and tasks of cadres and party members in the revolutionary cause; improving order, discipline, responsibility, and efficiency in performing the responsibilities and tasks of officials and party members of Quoc Oai District associated with implementing Directive 24-CT/TU of the Hanoi Party Committee.

Through the conference, delegates fully absorbed the content of the special subjects to apply it to reality to raise the awareness of collectives, individuals, officials, party members, civil servants, officials and workers in the district’s political system about their positions, roles and responsibilities in observing order and discipline in performing assigned tasks.

Speaking at the conference, Permanent Deputy Secretary of the district Party Committee, Chairman of the District People’s Council Dam Cong Loi affirmed that studying the special subjects aims to raise awareness of the team of officials, party members and civil servants throughout the political system on strengthening discipline and build a sense of responsibility of each collective and individual in carrying out tasks, contributing to the successful completion of planned targets set for each locality, agency and unit.

After the conference, the Standing Board of the Quoc Oai Party Committee requested that grassroots party branches and committees continue to develop plans to study and realize the 2024 special subjects on  studying and following Uncle Ho’s example./.
