The direction clearly stated the purpose of evaluating the results and limitations in implementing Conclusion 01-KL/TU; proposed directions, tasks and solutions to continue to effectively study and follow Ho Chi Minh’s ideology, morality and style, making this content a voluntary and regular job of each Party organization and each cadre and party member.

It also aims to promote popularization and honor outstanding groups and individuals in studying and following Ho Chi Minh’s ideology, morality and style, creating a spillover effect throughout the Party and society, contributing to consolidating, fostering trust, correcting distorted perceptions and views on ideology, morality and lifestyle of officials, party members and people.

It continues to affirm the position, role and importance of Ho Chi Minh’s ideology, morality and style in the work of building and rectifying the Party; ideological and moral education for officials, party members, people of all classes in the capital and the whole society.

The direction requires serious and synchronous implementation throughout the political system from city to grassroots, ensuring objectivity, comprehensiveness, the right purpose, requirements and progress. The assessment of the implementation situation needs to closely follow the contents and requirements stated in Conclusion 01-KL/TU and Directive 05-CT/TU./.
