Accordingly, the special subject on building a team of exemplary and dedicated cadres and party members who dare to think, dare to do, dare to take responsibility, and dare to innovate for the development of the homeland and the country, was introduced to 68,825 participants at 1,784 learning points throughout the provincial Party Committee.

Speaking at the opening of the conference, Secretary of the provincial Party Committee Vu Dai Thang emphasized that over the past year, studying and following Ho Chi Minh’s ideology, morality and style has created positive changes in awareness and actions of all levels of party committees, authorities, cadres, party members, armed forces and people in the province.

The move also makes an important contribution to successfully carrying out goals, tasks set out in economic, cultural - social development, ensuring national defense - security, building the Party and building an increasingly clean and strong political system at all levels, gradually meeting the requirements and demands of the current new situation.

In that spirit, the provincial Party Committee has chosen the special subject to implement in 2024 to thoroughly grasp the Party’s policies and guidelines and the "7 dares" spirit of General Secretary Nguyen Phu Trong; promote the sense of responsibility of officials and party members, contributing to making studying and following Ho Chi Minh's ideology, morality and style in the provincial Party Committee more effective.

Prof. Dr. Phung Huu Phu, former Standing Vice Chairman of the Central Theoretical Council, analyzed and clarified the theoretical and practical bases of studying and following Ho Chi Minh’s ideology, morality and style on building a team of exemplary, dedicated cadres and party members who dare to think, dare to do, dare to take responsibility, and dare to innovate to apply in Party building work and the provincial political system building. 

Member of the Standing Board of the provincial Party Committee and Head of the provincial Party Committee’s Commission of Popularization and Education Cao Van Dinh emphasized 7 key contents that the party committee and authorities need to pay attention to in the coming time to concretize Plan 133-KH/TU dated December 29, 2023 and the special subject to continue to make studying and following Uncle Ho a regular, long-term job of each party organization and each cadre and party member./.
