After 5 years of implementing Directive 05, studying and following the ideology, morality and style of President Ho Chi Minh in Quang Ninh has become a regular and routine job, making an important contribution to Party building and being the driving force for socio-economic development of the mining land.

Over the past years, Quang Ninh has always considered studying and following the ideology, morality and style of President Ho Chi Minh an important part of Party building and rectification.
The Standing Board of the Quang Ninh Party Committee has held a conference to study, thoroughly grasp, popularize and realize the Directive 05, an annual theme associated with the implementation of the annual work theme. After that, Party committees in the whole province guided and directed 100% of Party branches, grassroots party committees to build plans, popularize and thoroughly grasp thematic content to all officials and party members in practical and effective ways.
The province has made strong changes in awareness and action in the Party, political system and people, making studying and following the ideology, morality and style of President Ho Chi Minh a voluntary and regular work of each locality, agency and unit.
Quang Ninh’s executive Party committees at all levels have applied studying and following the ideology, morality and style of President Ho Chi Minh to the program and action plan to realize the Resolutions.
Over the past five years, 20 Party committees under the Quang Ninh Party Committee have issued 335 documents to implement Directive 05. Since then, localities and units have come up with many specific and creative solutions suitable to the reality of localities and units.
Quang Ninh has built over 1,000 typical collective and individual models in studying and following the ideology, morality and style of President Ho Chi Minh. In which, many localities have implemented practical models, which are highly appreciated by the people, such as: building and maintaining good models of buying, hanging and placing Uncle Ho’s photos in households, families, agencies and units in Binh Lieu district and Uncle Ho Savings Fund.
In addition, applying Ho Chi Minh’s style in leadership and direction, the Quang Ninh Party Committee focused on directing and linking the implementation of Directive 05 with the province’s political tasks in a specific and practical way, contributing to fulfilling the set goals./.
