The Standing Board of the Can Loc district Party Committee has reviewed the 5-year implementation of Directive 05 on studying and following the ideology, morality and style of President Ho Chi Minh, and honoured typical teams and individuals.

From 2016 to 2021, Party executive committees and authorities at all levels of Ha Tinh have paid attention to leading the effective implementation of Directive 05 in combination with realizing Directives and Resolutions of all levels, Resolution of the 4th Party Central Committee meeting (term 12) on Party building, Regulation 101-QD/TW on the responsibility of setting an example of cadres and Party members, especially the leaders; and Regulation 55-QD/TW of the Politburo on strengthening the role of example of cadres and party members.
Party executive committees and authorities at all levels have actively popularized, mobilized, and gathered the strength of the great unity bloc of the whole people, achieving many outstanding results in various fields, helping Can Loc district meet the criteria of new-style rural areas 1 year ahead of schedule.
Through the movements, many typical examples in land donation, tree donation, new-style rural area building and social security activities have appeared.
In the 5 years, the whole district has had 132 typical collectives and 442 individuals honored at grassroots level; 30 typical collectives and 40 individuals honored at district level; 3 collectives and 3 individuals honored and received certificates of merit from the Standing Board and 1 individual awarded certificates of merit by the Prime Minister./.
