The move aims to realize the Plan 3117/KH-BCH dated August 20, 2021 of the Quang Ninh Border Guard Command on popularizing the standards of “Uncle Ho's soldiers” by theatrical form.

At the seminar, officers and soldiers of Flotilla 2 discussed and analyzed the values and noble qualities of soldiers of Uncle Ho. At the same time, they proposed solutions to continue to preserve and promote the quality of soldiers of Uncle Ho in the new period. Specifically, they continue to focus on strengthening the leadership and direction of the Party Committee, the Command of the unit on improving the political bravery of soldiers and further raising awareness and sense of responsibility for cadres and soldiers in the unit about the implementation of 5 standards deserving as soldiers of Uncle Ho in the new period.

Reporting at the seminar, Lieutenant Colonel Le Quang Chieu, Politician of Flotilla 2, affirmed that in order to continue promoting the good qualities and traditions of “Uncle Ho’s soldiers” in the new revolutionary period, the Party Committee and Command of Flotilla 2 have thoroughly grasped and built specific and appropriate action programs, associated with promoting emulation movements.

On the occasion, the Border Guard High Command awarded the Certificate of Merit to 1 team and 1 individual of the unit for their achievements in implementing Directive 05 on promoting studying and following Ho Chi Minh’s ideology, morality and style in 2016- 2021./.
