In his speech at the two-day event, PCC member, Secretary of the provincial Party Committee and Chairman of the provincial People’s Council Nguyen Nhan Chien stressed that studying, thoroughly grasping and realizing the Resolution of the 12th National Party Congress in combination with the Resolution of the 19th provincial Party Congress and Directive of the Politburo on speeding up studying and following the ideology, morality and style of President Ho Chi Minh are wide and significant political activities in order to make positive changes in awareness and unify the will and actions of the whole Party, people and soldiers, especially key personnel of all levels and branches.

He urged participants at the conferences to raise their spirit and responsibility to deeply study special subjects to obtain practical results, and especially concretize and bring the Resolutions and the Politburo’s Directive into the practical missions of each locality, organ and unit.

At the conference, Mr. Nguyen Tu Quynh, Deputy Secretary of the provincial Party Committee and Chairman of the provincial People’s Committee, thoroughly grasped special subjects on the results of implementing local socio-economic development duties in the 2010-2015 period and directions and missions for the 2016-2020 period with the focus on 10 groups of missions and solutions.

On June 7th, participants were given a summarisation of the implementation of Resolution of the 4th PCC meeting (term XI) on some urgent issues on Party building and thoroughly grasped the Politburo’s Directive 05/CT-TW on speeding up studying and following the ideology, morality and style of President Ho Chi Minh./.
