Following the Politburo’s Directive 01-CT/TW and the PCC Commission for Popularization and Education’s Instruction on studying, thoroughly grasping, disseminating and carrying out the Resolution of the 12th National Party Congress, the Standing Board of the provincial Party Committee issued a plan to organize the implementation of the Resolution.

So far, all 17 Party Committees at district and municipal levels and party organizations under the Binh Dinh provincial Party Committee have finalized the organizing of conferences to study and thoroughly grasp the Resolution for key personnel at district level, with 95% participation.

As scheduled, all Party grassroots organizations will complete studying and thoroughly grasping the Resolution in August 2016.

Mr. Nguyen Gio, a member of the Standing Board of the Binh Dinh Party Committee and Head of the provincial Party Committee Commission for Popularization and Education, asserted that the locality would continue to monitor, inspect, supervise and speed up the implementation of the Resolution to personnel, party members and people at the grassroots level; follow the building of programs and action programs of teams and individuals in carrying out the Resolution, Resolutions of different-level party congresses; and orient branches, socio-political organizations and mass media to intensify dissemination of contents of the Resolution, action programs of the provincial Party Committee.

On behalf of the delegation, Mr. Ngo Dinh Xay urged the provincial Party Committee to continue to thoroughly grasp and carry out the Resolution to the remaining party members; continuously popularize the Resolution to all classes of people; build action programs to realize the Resolution and Resolutions of different-level Party Congresses, and study, thoroughly grasp and carry out the Resolution in combination with the implementation of the Politburo’s Directive 05 about intensifying the studying and following of the ideology, morality and style of President Ho Chi Minh./.
