According to Standing Deputy Secretary of the district Party Committee Nguyen Anh Tuan, since 2017, the committee has compiled and issued 11,000 handbooks on cadres and Party members studying and following President Ho Chi Minh’s ideology, morality and style.

The following has been realized in specific models, notably the model on administrative reform, which has contributed to raising the responsibility and administrative discipline of cadres and officers. The district Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union has carried out a model to support residents’ addressing administrative procedures and disseminate online public services at “one-door” unit, thus increasing the administrative reform index annually, now 9th of 30 districts.

The studying and following of President Ho Chi Minh’s ideology, morality and style have been expanded in residential areas, attracting a large number of people to join, helping creating clean and beautiful alleys with reinforced security. Of which, the district Women’s Union alone has increased the management quality of 119 sections of roads.

Another outstanding model is the use of hand baskets to bring food home from market, instead of nylon bags, contributing to protecting the environment, while creating jobs for union members as thousands of baskets have been sold at markets./.
