Representatives from agencies and sectors as well as the families of President Ho Chi Minh’s father and mother, on September 11 th held a ceremony to commemorate the day when President Ho Chi Minh passed away 48 years ago on the July 21 st day of the lunar calendar.

The ceremony took place in the Kim Lien Relic, President Ho Chi Minh’s homeland, in the central province of Nghe An.
The event aimed to pay tribute to the great credit of President Ho Chi Minh in the struggle for national liberation, and teach the cultural tradition and President Ho Chi Minh’s ideology, morality and style among cadres, Party members and people, contributing to realizing the President’s testament.
During the ceremony, local leaders and people burnt incense and laid a wreath at the altar for President Ho Chi Minh, expressing their determination to follow his selected road, in order to build a stronger Nghe An province./.
