The event was a part of a series of activities to mark the 74th anniversary of Vietnam’s National Day and 50 years of implementation of President Ho Chi Minh’s testament.

This is the first time a photo exhibition about President Ho Chi Minh has been organized in the capital Dhaka by the Vietnamese Embassy in Bangladesh.

The exhibition includes 30 valuable documentary photos provided by the Ho Chi Minh Museum about his 30-year journey to find the way to save the country and the solidarity friendship that President Ho Chi Minh reserved for international friends as well as the good feelings that international friends intended for him.

Through stories, events and souvenirs in each photo, Bangladeshi people, international friends and the Vietnamese community in Bangladesh can better understand and respect the simple but great life and revolutionary cause of President Ho Chi Minh.

Besides, the diplomatic thought for peace, friendship and cooperation of President Ho Chi Minh reflected through the documentary photos also helped the local people understand more about Vietnam’s diplomatic guideline, thus contributing to boosting the friendship between Vietnam and Bangladesh and other countries in the world.

It is a practical activity to promote and carry out the project “Honor President Ho Chi Minh, National Liberation Hero of Vietnam, Outstanding Culturalist in foreign countries"./.
