“Good people, good deeds” honored at the meeting

As many as 62 teams and 81 outstanding individuals of Dong Anh district in Hanoi have been honored under the movement of 50 years of implementing President Ho Chi Minh’s testament.

The movement “Good people, good deeds” associated with the patriotic emulation movement to celebrate the 50th anniversary of President Ho Chi Minh’s testament (1969-2019) and 20 years since Hanoi was recognized as the “City for Peace” has drawn wide response from all levels, sectors and people classes; contributing to the completion of socio-economic development duties of the district. 

At the event, the organizers have received 108 entries and selected 44 typical articles to send to the city-level contest. In addition, 17 outstanding works were awarded first, second and third prizes.

Earlier, from the beginning of the year, the district opened an emulation campaign to commemorate the 50th anniversary of implementing President Ho Chi Minh’s testament, in combination with the preliminary review of 3-year implementation of Directive 05 of the Politburo with the hope of promoting the strength of the Party Committee, authorities and people, in order to realize the theme of the year about improving the effect and results of the political system and government mobilization./.
