According to representatives from the provincial Party Committee Commission on Popularization and Education, the contest will attract the participation of 13 delegations coming from 13 Party organizations, including 8 district level Party Committees, 2 from the provincial Agencies Bloc and Enterprises Bloc Party Committees, and 3 from armed forces Party Committees. They were the winners of contests at the grassroots levels, chosen from 189 delegations belonging to 241 grassroots Party organizations and cells.

With their eloquent and artistic performances, the candidates will show their understanding of the life, biography, revolutionary career, ideology and ethical example of President Ho Chi Minh; the basic contents of his will; and the implementation of Directive 03-CT/TW of the Politburo on studying and following President Ho Chi Minh’s ethical example in connection with obeying his teachings sent to Lai Chau people in a letter.

Outstanding followers of President Ho Chi Minh’s ethical example are also included in the contest./.
