Closing the Region I Mass Arts Festival, the Navy Command presented flags to six excellent units, certificates of merit to four units with good programs, 16 excellent performances, 10 excellent actors and 15 excellent art cores in the period 2019 - 2024.

On the evening of November 20, in Hai Phong City, the Navy held the closing ceremony of the Region I Mass Arts Festival - Hai Phong (2024).

With the theme "Vietnam People's Navy continues to write the heroic epic", the programs of the units closely followed the theme, content, ideology, reflecting the core political tasks of the Service, the unit in the forms of singing, dancing, music and stage plays.

Many programs and performances promote the image of "Uncle Ho's soldiers - Navy soldiers" in the task of protecting the sovereignty of the sea and islands of the fatherland.

In his closing speech, Colonel Nguyen Cong Thang, Deputy Chief of Political Affairs of the Navy, requested leaders and commanders of agencies and units to continue to thoroughly grasp and implement resolutions at all levels on cultural, literary and artistic work, enhance political capacity, passion for artistic work, promote internal strength, improve the quality and maintain the tradition of mass art activities in the unit./.
