In commemoration of the 50th anniversary of President Ho Chi Minh’s Testament (1969 – 2019) and the 44th anniversary of the Liberation of the South (30/4/1975 – 30/4/2019), the Youth Union of the Central Business Bloc on April 7th organized a social security program at a number of difficult regions in Ha Nam province.

The event was attended by comrades Nguyen Thi Tiep, member of the Party Standing Committee and Head of Commission of Mass Mobilization of the Central Business Bloc; Vu Duc Tu, member of the Party Central Committee of the Central Business Bloc, member of the Party Standing Committee of the Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union and Secretary of the Bloc’s Youth Union; along with a number of executives of the youth unions in the bloc.
For many years, voluntary social security works for community life have always been seriously, effectively and practically implemented by all levels of the Youth Union in the Bloc.
In responding to the message "No one is left behind" launched by the Prime Minister Nguyen Xuan Phuc in 2019, the Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union of the Central Business Bloc has actively participated in supporting voluntary social security activities for community life with a total value of up to VND40 billion.
At the program, a working delegation of the Central Business Bloc’s Youth Union visited and presented VND50 million for Ms. Nguyen Thi Dan's family as a poor household in Tien Noi commune, Duy Tien district, Ha Nam province, and presented five new computers to Liem Son Commune People's Committee, Thanh Liem district.
In addition, the delegation also visited Ms. Dinh Thi My's family (Do Xa street, Thanh Chau ward, Phu Ly city), an entitlement policy family with extremely difficult circumstances in Ha Tinh province./.
