The Hanoi Party Committee Commission on Popularization and Education has issued an instruction on disseminating the 75th anniversary of President Ho Chi Minh’s call on patriotic emulation (June 11).

The instruction clearly states the purpose and requirements of extensive dissemination, making cadres, Party members and people in the capital deeply aware of the meaning of President Ho Chi Minh's call on patriotic emulation and the position, role and great effect of the patriotic emulation movement; affirming the value and creative application of Ho Chi Minh's thought on patriotic emulation through each revolutionary period of our Party and people, thereby consolidating and fostering the people's trust in the guidelines of the Party, and the policies and laws of the State.
Accordingly, the dissemination will focus on clarifying the content of the call on patriotic emulation; the great purpose, meaning and effects of the call, President Ho Chi Minh's articles and speeches on patriotic emulation, and the Party's and the State's viewpoints on patriotic emulation.
It will also cover the profound theoretical and practical contents and values of Ho Chi Minh's thought on patriotic emulation in the Vietnamese revolutionary cause, and the outstanding results of the implementation of the call on patriotic emulation in the past 75 years by Hanoi and the whole country.
Outstanding patriotic emulation movements, good people and good deeds in all socio-economic fields, defense - security, emulation movements, in thrift practice and waste prevention, will also be disseminated.
Specifically, at the city level, it will develop reportages and documentaries on patriotic emulation movements for broadcast on the occasion of the 75th anniversary of President Ho Chi Minh's call for patriotic emulation; publish the book "Beautiful flowers" volume XXIX, and commemorate the 75th anniversary of President Ho Chi Minh's call for patriotic emulation.
Meanwhile, the local level focuses on visual dissemination on the call./.
