On July 7, in Hanoi, President Ho Chi Minh relic site in the Presidential Palace coordinated with the Vietnam Cultural Heritage Association to organize a workshop on applying technology to the heritage education programme at the Ho Chi Minh Relic Site at the Presidential Palace.

The workshop aims to continue to improve the effectiveness of President Ho Chi Minh's ideological heritage education and meet the need to research, study and experience heritage for the younger generation in the era of science and technology 4.0, thereby spreading further and further the special historical and cultural significance of the relic area.
At the event, scientists, researchers of culture and heritage, and cultural managers, presented many presentations and opinions affirming the role and importance of President Ho Chi Minh’s heritage for the education of the young generation; stating the current situation and sharing experiences in heritage education activities at museums and monuments today, as well as propose solutions to apply technology in building heritage education programmes at museums and Relics.
The event is an activity within the framework of implementing ministerial-level science and technology tasks with the topic "Application of technology to build heritage education programmes for students in the President Ho Chi Minh Relic Site at the Presidential Palace" by the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism, assigned the Relic Site to implement.
Cultural heritage is not only a great resource contributing to the socio-economic development of Vietnam, but also a rich source of knowledge with values of traditional education, patriotism, national pride, and character education for the young generation. Cultural heritage education is an essential part of education, playing an important role in maintaining, preserving and promoting cultural values, NDO quoted the saying of Le Thi Phuong, Director of the President Ho Chi Minh Relic Site at the Presidential Palace at the opening event.
According to Le Thi Phuong, improving the efficiency of heritage education at museums and monuments, through the application of modern technologies is a practical requirement, as well as an urgent task in the management of the museum system, including the special national relic site of President Ho Chi Minh's relic, at the Presidential Palace.
