At the conference, the Lai Chau provincial Party Committee’s Commission of Popularization and Education Le Duc Duc delivered a speech to disseminate and implement studying and follow of Ho Chi Minh's ideology, morality and style in 2025 with the focus on main contents such as tasks and solutions to strengthen solidarity, build a transparent and strong Party and political system, significantly contributing to the successful organization of Party Congresses at all levels for the 2025-2030 term.

Vice Chairman of the Lai Chau People’s Committee Giang A Tinh reported the implementation of Directive 39-CT/TW, dated October 30, 2024 of the Party Central Committee’s Secretariat on improving the effectiveness of social policy credit in the new period. After 10 years of implementing Directive 40-CT/TW, dated November 22, 2014 of the 11th Party Central Committee’s Secretariat on strengthening the Party’s leadership over social policy credit, Lai Chau has achieved positive results, making important contributions to its socio-economic development.

The Vice Chairman requested Party committees, Party organizations, authorities, the Vietnam Fatherland Front and socio-political organizations to strengthen leadership, direct, disseminate, and implement the Party’s guidelines and policies, the State’s policies and laws on social policy credit and enhance the role of Party committees, Party organizations, authorities, the Vietnam Fatherland Front and socio-political organizations in social policy credit.

At the event, delegates horoughly grasped Conclusion 105-KL/TW, dated December 4, 2024 of the Politburo on continuing to implement Directive 33-CT/TW, dated January 3, 2014 of the Politburo on strengthening the Party’s leadership in controlling asset declaration; Regulation 189-QD/TW, dated October 8, 2024 of the Politburo on controlling power, preventing and combating corruption and negativity in the management and use of public finance and assets; Decision 190-QD/TW, dated October 10, 2024 of the Party Central Committee on popularizing the Election Regulations within the Party./.
