The seminar received 17 presentations and many opinions from delegates, sharing, discussing and proposing practical solutions to continue promoting Ho Chi Minh's thoughts on building grassroots Party organizations and Party members and at their agencies and units.

According to the Provincial Party Committee's Department for Popularisation and Education, in building grassroots Party organizations and Party members, President Ho Chi Minh always emphasized that the Communist Party is the pioneer, "servant" of the people, each Party member is the nucleus of the Party, must be "both a leader and a truly loyal servant of the people".

He also affirmed that grassroots Party organizations are the foundation of the Party, the nucleus of leadership at the grassroots, directly contacting and leading the masses to implement the Party's policies and guidelines.

Principal of the Provincial Political School Dung Van Duy affirmed that strengthening and building grassroots Party organizations is an important task, both urgent in the short term and fundamental in the long term, which needs to be carried out regularly, continuously, comprehensively but with focus.

Through the workshop, each Party member, official and lecturer will better understand the activities, roles and importance of grassroots Party organizations and Party members, and creatively apply them in building grassroots Party organizations in the current period in order to successfully carry out all assigned political tasks./.
