The north-central province of Nghe An has recently organized the street festival themed "The countryside in lotus season" as part of a series of events to celebrate the Lotus Village Festival 2023 on the occasion of the 155th anniversary of the the birth of Hoang Thi Loan, mother of President Ho Chi Minh, and the 133rd birthday of President Ho Chi Minh.
