Venezuela’s National Experimental University of the Armed Forces (UNEFA) recently launched the faculty “Vietnamese nation and culture in Ho Chi Minh era” on the occasion of the 132rd birthday of President Ho Chi Minh, the great leader of Vietnamese nation.
