Along with encouraging and motivating cadres, party members, and workers in the unit to self-train and study to improve their professional qualifications, the District Party Cell and Board of Directors of the district Bank for Social Policies regularly pay attention to fostering and educating political ideology, morality, and lifestyle for cadres and party members.

Through activities of Party cell and sessions of thoroughly grasping the Party’s directives and resolutions, the cell orients cadres and party members to determine firm stance and ideology, and to believe in the policies and laws of the Party and State; follow Uncle Ho's example of diligence, frugality, integrity, honesty, and objectivity in the process of performing tasks.

The Party cell regularly captures the thoughts and aspirations of cadres and party members, thereby proactively proposing positive solutions to improve the effectiveness of Party building work and carrying out the unit’s professional tasks.

The cell always demonstrates a comprehensive leadership role, providing professional direction with good solutions and reasonable ways of doing things, focusing on positive solutions to disburse policy credit capital to the poor and policy beneficiaries in the district.

By the end of November 2023, the total outstanding loan capital of the Vinh Tuong Bank for Social Policies reached more than 580 billion VND, an increase of 88 billion VND compared to the beginning of the year while the overdue debt rate decreased to 0.19%.

The bank completed the disbursement for 85 production establishments, households and individuals who need loans to develop production, business and services according to Resolution 06 of the Provincial People’s Council with a total amount of 14.5 billion VND, reaching 100% of the assigned plan.

Director of the Vinh Tuong Bank for Social Policies Dao Duc Luan said that in order to promote the effectiveness of studying and following President Ho Chi Minh’s ideology, morality and style; the Party Cell and Board of Directors of the bank will strengthen education to help cadres, party members and workers properly and deeply aware of the core values of ethics of bank staff according to Uncle Ho’s teachings./.
