The project was built at the Hall of Monuments of Heroes and Martyrs of the ward on a total area of 800 square meters, using a total fund of nearly VND150 million from social mobilization. Having been constructed within 2 months, the work is designed with 9 small stone blocks and 1 large stone block engraved with the sayings and teachings of President Ho Chi Minh; nearly 30 photos exhibiting President Ho Chi Minh's life and career; and national treasures of President Ho Chi Minh.

Speaking at the inauguration ceremony, Nguyen Thi Khanh Binh, Secretary of the Truong Thanh Ward Party Committee, said that this was the 11th Ho Chi Minh Cultural Space project in the ward that had been completed and put into operation. The space aims to contribute to widely disseminating to cadres, Party members and people in the area about studying and following Ho Chi Minh's ideology, morality and style, and imbue his thought into social life, making it become a lifestyle, and way of thinking.

It also targets to teach about President Ho Chi Minh's revolutionary career and status in order to show his affection, respect and deep gratitude to him, encouraging each cadre, Party member and person to actively study and follow Uncle Ho’s example by specific and practical actions, participating in the implementation of local patriotic emulation movements.

Representative of households in the area, Mr. Nguyen Huy Long, senior member of the Party, said that the Ho Chi Minh Cultural Space will be a place for regular political activities, a sacred memorial space, and a reminder of great merits of leader Ho Chi Minh, in order to spread Ho Chi Minh's spirit and thought with local people, helping each cadre, Party member and citizen to instill his ideology, morality and style./.
