According to Hoang Dang Quang, Secretary of the provincial Party Committee, this is a cultural construction of special significance, reflecting the respect and profound gratitude of the province towards beloved Uncle Ho and fallen soldiers who sacrificed themselves for the national liberation and people’s happiness.

Throughout 2 resistance wars against the French and American invaders, under the leadership of the Party and beloved Uncle Ho, over 150,000 people in Quang Binh province joined the resistance wars, including nearly 13,000 fallen soldiers./.
