The activity aimed to mark the 126 ^th birthday of President Ho Chi Minh (May 19 ^th ), and welcome the election of deputies to the 14 ^th National Assembly and People’s Council at all levels term 2016-2021.

Leaders of the Quang Ninh provincial Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union presents a flag of order to young medical staff from HITEC Eye Hospital.

After the launch ceremony, members of the Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union worked with doctors and nurses from HITEC Eye Hospital to instruct pupils on how to adequately wash hands with soap; form debut teams for medical check-ups, teams of emergency cases, and teams for voluntary blood donation with the participation of over 1,000 people across the city.

Young doctors provide eye check-ups and instruct pupils on preventing eye diseases.
