Speaking at the conference, Comrade Nguyen Tho Truyen, Deputy Head of Ho Chi Minh City Party Committee Commission of Popularization and Education, said that after one year of implementing Action Program 44, localities and units have organized many forms such as traditional activities and storytelling, learning about the life and great career of President Ho Chi Minh and his predecessor heroes.

Many competitions, seminars, researches, and surveys have been held. In the 2021-2024 period, the whole city commended collectives and individuals with achievements in studying and following Ho Chi Minh's ideology, morality and style at the grassroots level, including 5,913 collectives and 11,066 individuals; at the City level, including 562 collectives and 829 individuals; at the Central level, including 4 collectives and 7 individuals.

Localities and units have implemented open spaces to build Ho Chi Minh Cultural Space with more than 4,580 models, each model implemented in a creative way of each locality and unit, especially some models implemented in hamlets, neighborhoods, communes, wards, and towns have brought high efficiency, attracting a large number of people to visit and study.

The Standing Committee of Ho Chi Minh City Party Committee has led and directed the promotion and introduction of literary and artistic works on the theme "Studying and following Ho Chi Minh's ideology, morality and style" in Ho Chi Minh City, thereby encouraging artists to create many works of ideological and artistic value.

Standing Deputy Secretary of the Ho Chi Minh City Party Committee Nguyen Ho Hai delivered a concluding speech at the conference.

Concluding the conference, Comrade Nguyen Ho Hai, Standing Deputy Secretary of the Ho Chi Minh City Party Committee, affirmed that the construction of Ho Chi Minh Cultural Space in the city in recent times has attracted the active participation of the entire political system and people of the city.

The awareness of the important role and position of the construction of Ho Chi Minh Cultural Space associated with the task of building and developing the economy, culture and society of Party committees at all levels, authorities, cadres, party members and people has been significantly raised. The formation of tangible and intangible cultural institutions has made an important contribution to the construction of Ho Chi Minh Cultural Space./.
