On September 9, the Party Central Committee (PCC)’s Commission for Popularization and Education held an award ceremony to honour winners of the contest on composing literary, artistic and press works , on studying and following President Ho Chi Minh’s ideology, morality and lifestyle , in the 2016 – 2018 period.

279 press works and records, 163 literary works, 135 works of folk art, 115 works in the publishing industry, and 110 works of art were sent to the Organizing Board of the contest.
The Organizing Board of the Contest presented one special prize, 11 A prizes, 55 B prizes, 89 C awards, and 82 Consolation prizes, to authors for their outstanding works.
The panorama painting on the Dien Bien Phu Victory by Vietnam Culture Heritage Conservation Ltd won the special prize.
Head of the PCC’s Commission for Popularization and Education Nguyen Trong Nghia emphasised that studying and following President Ho Chi Minh’s ideology, morality, and lifestyle is the duty and responsibility of Party members, officials and individuals, contributing to spreading cultural beauty and duplicating good deeds among the community./.
