The Bac Kan provincial Party Committee has held a conference to realize the topic of studying and following Ho Chi Minh's ideology, morality and style in 2023 and thoroughly grasp new documents of the Central and the province.

The conference was held online with the participation of more than 10,800 delegates.
At the conference, Assoc. Prof. Dr. Nguyen The Ky, Chairman of the Central Committee for Theory and Criticism of Literature and Arts, conveyed the core and profound contents of Ho Chi Minh’s ideology, morality and style on upholding the spirit of self-discipline, and proactively setting examples of cadres and party members.
Ms. Tran Thi Loc, Member of the Standing Board, Head of the Bac Kan Party Committee’s Commission of Popularization and Education, reported on the situation, impacts and solutions to fulfill the responsibility of setting examples of officials and party members in performing socio-economic development tasks of the locality.
Rapporteurs who are members of the Standing Board, leaders of the provincial People’s Committee, thoroughly grasp and implement 6 documents issued by the Central and the province.
Speaking at the conclusion of the conference, Mr. Hoang Duy Chinh, PCC member, Secretary of the provincial Party Committee, recognized and appreciated the responsibility of the rapporteurs in carefully preparing the content, highlighting the main contents and the focus of the documents.
He requested all levels of Party committees and organizations to research the new documents in detail, with action plans and programs suitable to the actual situation./.
