Various activities are conducting by young people in the northern province of Quang Ninh to emulate to celebrate the 90th anniversary of the Communist Party of Vietnam (CPV) (February 3rd, 1930 – February 3rd, 2020) and Party Congresses at all levels and the 15th provincial Party Congress for the 2020-2025 tenure.
