Several activities in the ceremony and festivities of Sen
Village Festival 2020 will be shorterned due to COVID-19.

According to the previously plan, the central province of Nghe An plans to organize the festival from May 15th to 19th. However, it is changed due to COVID-19. Specifically, activities such as the opening and closing ceremonies, the parade from Ho Chi Minh square in Vinh city to Uncle Ho’s hometown in Kim Lien commune, Nam Dan district, will be not be held.
In addition, a ceremony to review 40 years of Sen village singing festival, sports activities, photo and book exhibition on ASEAN and its people, film week and exhibition on Uncle Ho as well as mass art performances will not take place.
Activities to still be held include flower offering at Uncle Ho's monument at Ho Chi Minh square, Vinh city; incense offering at Uncle Ho at Kim Lien Relic Site; and exhibition of large posters at Ho Chi Minh square and Uncle Ho statue./.
