Mr. Le Van Binh, member of the Standing Board of the Ninh Thuan Party Committee and Chairman of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Ninh Thuan, chaired the event.

According to the Management Board of Industrial and Civil Works Construction and Investment Project, the project is proposed to be built in the Da Chong mountain area in Khanh Hai town, Ninh Hai district, with a total area of 9.8 hectares.

It has a total investment of 237 billion VND; including 161 billion VND for construction, 46 billion VND for site clearance and 30 billion VND for other expenses.

At the discussion, members of the Advisory Council commented and clarified a number of issues related to the project’s objectives, construction location, efficiency of the work and implementation cost.

In his speech at the event, Mr. Le Van Binh said that the comments were useful, while suggesting that state specialized agencies need to receive the comments to have a solid argument.

He stressed that this is a permanent and sustainable project with economic, cultural and political significance, thus the investor should consult with the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism on the planning of the memorial area./.
