An exhibition on advanced youth following Uncle Ho’s sayings was organized by the Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union Central Committee in Hanoi on August 29th.
The event, which is part of the congress on advanced youth following Uncle Ho’s sayings, includes five parts: President Ho Chi Minh with the younger generation; youth train their morality and talent, study and research science; voluntary youth for community life; youth pioneering in labour, production and international integration; and youth pioneering in protecting the nation, maintaining political security, social order and safety.
With more than 200 photos, documents and artefacts, the exhibition confirmed the beliefs, thoughts, feelings, recognition and evaluation of President Ho Chi Minh about the position and role of the young generation for revolutionary activities since 1925 when he established the Vietnamese Revolutionary Youth League.
Besides, the exhibition also introduced typical contributions of the Vietnamese younger generation in the renewal process of the country.
The event aimed to spread good images, deeds and effective models of young people to youth and the whole society. It was also a driving force for young people to continue to strive and practice to make contributions to the country, as well as firmly protect the nation of Vietnam./.
