Mr. Nguyen Hong Anh, Secretary of the SAMCO Party Committee, said that executive committees, leaders and cadres associated studying and following the ideology, morality and style of President Ho Chi Minh with Party building and political missions in order to enhance the implementation of democratic regulations at grassroots level.
