The Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union of Ho Chi Minh City (HCMC)’s District 1 recently held a ceremony to mark the 91st anniversary of the Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union.

At the ceremony, Deputy Secretary of the District 1 Youth Union Tran Ngoc Tri recalled the history of the Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union. Upholding the tradition, the young people in District 1 make all efforts to study, practice and follow Uncle Ho’s teachings and gain achievements to welcome the Youth Union Congresses at all levels and the 13th Congress of the District 1 Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union for the 2022-2027 period.
On this occasion, an exchange with former leaders of the Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union, Heroes of the People's Armed Forces and former Vietnamese youth volunteers was also held. During the exchange, the young people listened to memorable experiences during the operation periods of the Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union.
In addition, the District 1 Youth Union also presented certificates of merit to outstanding individuals and collectives./.
