At the President Ho Chi Minh Memorial House, in a sacred and solemn atmosphere, Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee Dang Xuan Phong and other provincial leaders expressed their profound respect and boundless gratitude to President Ho Chi Minh. They honored him as a national liberation hero, a world cultural figure, the founder and builder of the Communist Party of Vietnam, and who devoted his entire life to the revolutionary cause, national independence, and the prosperity and happiness of the people.

Reporting on the province's economic and social achievements in 2024, Secretary Dang Xuan Phong and the delegation pledged to continually strive, cultivate, and emulate President Ho Chi Minh's thoughts, morals, and style. They committed to innovative and creative efforts to transform Vinh Phuc into a prosperous and thriving province, fulfilling President Ho Chi Minh's aspirations.

At the Heroes and Martyrs Memorial, on behalf of the Party, government, and people of Vinh Phuc, the delegation laid a wreath bearing the words, "Eternal Gratitude to the Heroes and Martyrs." They solemnly offered incense and observed a minute of silence to honor the boundless sacrifices of the heroes and martyrs—the outstanding sons and daughters who bravely fought and gave their lives for the cause of national liberation, unification, nation-building, and defense, as well as for the happiness of the people.

The delegates pledged to follow the courageous example of the heroes and martyrs, as well as the revolutionary predecessors, fostering unity and determination to build a more prosperous and developed homeland and nation./.
