In a solemn atmosphere, delegates offered incense and flowers to express their respect and infinite gratitude for the great contributions of President Ho Chi Minh. This is an annual activity to commemorate the great contributions of President Ho Chi Minh, the genius leader of the Vietnamese Party and people, a prominent activist of the international communist and international workers' movements, the hero of national liberation, and an outstanding cultural celebrity.

Along with that, the ceremony is also an opportunity for officers, employees, and soldiers of agencies and units to continue to promote studying and following Ho Chi Minh's ideology, morality, and style; practice stable political stuff; and strengthen solidarity, striving to successfully complete all special tasks that the Party, State and Army entrust them.

Before the heroic spirit of President Ho Chi Minh, the delegates vowed to continue to follow the path chosen by the Party and Uncle Ho; unite and strive to successfully complete the tasks assigned by the Party, State, army and people; contributing to building the country to be more and more prosperous./.
