According to the Hanoi People's Procuracy, tree planting is an important job, contributing to sustainable environmental development.

Moreover, the headquarters of the Hanoi People's Procuracy has just been put into operation with a total area of 25,000m2; in which, green space covers an area of over 20,000m2. Therefore, tree planting has an important meaning in creating and preserving the natural landscape, limiting dust and noise.

Speaking at the launching ceremony, Mr. Nguyen Duy Giang, Deputy Head of the Supreme People's Procuracy, emphasized that the tree planting festival is one of the meaningful annual activities, carried out throughout the country every Tet holiday to respond to President Ho Chi Minh's teaching.

He suggested that leaders of the Hanoi People's Procuracy continue to promote communications on the purpose and meaning of the tree-planting festival to all civil servants and employees, ensuring practicality and efficiency. Thereby, it contributes to the effective implementation of the Prime Minister's project "Growing one billion trees in the 2021-2025 period" and building a "Green - Clean - Beautiful" capital.
