The Department of Political Education and Student Affairs under the Ministry of Education and Training has coordinated with the Pioneer and Children Newspaper to organize a ceremony at Hoang Tru Primary School in the central province of Nghe An in response to the 4th contest entitled "Uncle Ho with children - Children with Uncle Ho".

Following the success of previous years, the contest in the 2023-2024 school year is organized on a nationwide scale, starting with the publication of contest rules in publications of Pioneer and Children Newspaper from mid-December 2023.
Speaking at the launching ceremony, journalist Nguyen Phan Khue said that the contest was held for the first time nationwide in 2020. The contest was one of the important events to commemorate the 130th anniversary of President Ho Chi Minh’s birth.
Editor-in-Chief of the Pioneer and Children Newspaper further informed that in previous years, the contest received the participation of a large number of children across the country and also received a lot of attention from Party and State leaders. Although it still has the same common theme "Uncle Ho with children - Children with Uncle Ho", the contest always has innovations in organizational form each year, creating attractiveness and requiring participating units and individuals to always be creative.
Representative of Hoang Tru Primary School students, Ha Quang Truong, a student of class 5B. shared his pride, joy and emotion when directly attending the ceremony to launch the contest and promised to actively participate in this meaningful contest with the students of the whole school./.
