During the meeting, school leaders and distinguished guests reflected on the school’s glorious history. Sixty-two years ago, on August 17, 1962, the school had the honor of welcoming President Ho Chi Minh, who left an inscription in the school's golden book: "Strive for: Good study, good work. Keep striving, keep progressing!"
Established on April 1, 1958, the school initially focused on educating the youth of ethnic minorities in Hoa Binh province and neighboring areas from 1958 to 1991. Generations of teachers and students worked hard to fulfill their assigned tasks, turning the school into a model that was replicated nationwide.
Since 1991, the school has operated as an ethnic minority boarding high school. It continues to uphold and build upon its traditions, making significant contributions to the development of the local community.
After 66 years of development, the Hoa Binh Provincial Ethnic Minority Boarding High School is honored and proud to have received numerous prestigious awards from the Party, the State, and various levels and sectors, recognizing the school's achievements and efforts.
The gathering was a meaningful occasion for generations of teachers and students to reflect on their proud history and express their deep affection for beloved President Ho Chi Minh./.
