President Ho Chi Minh commemorated on CPV founding anniversary

Attending the ceremony were Politburo members: Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh, National Assembly Chairman Vuong Dinh Hue, standing member of the Party Central Committee’s Secretariat Vo Van Thuong; Secretary of the Party Central Committee, Chairman of the Central Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Do Van Chien; and Acting State President Vo Thi Anh Xuan.

Former Party General Secretary Nong Duc Manh; Former State President Nguyen Xuan Phuc; Former National Assembly Chairwoman Nguyen Thi Kim Ngan; Politburo members, Secretaries of the Party Central Committee, Vice Chairpersons of the National Assembly, Deputy Prime Ministers and many leaders of the Party and State, former leaders of the Party and State, leaders of various departments, ministries, branches and central mass organizations attended the ceremony.

The delegation's wreath bore the words "Eternal gratitude to the great President Ho Chi Minh".

The delegation paid tribute to and remembered the great merits of President Ho Chi Minh - the founder, leader and trainer of the CPV, the vanguard of the working class and the working people and of the Vietnamese people.

The rich and vivid reality of our country's revolution over the past 93 years has proved that the leadership of the Party is the leading factor determining all victories of the Vietnamese revolution.

Under the leadership of the Party, our entire people and army joined forces, united, and endeavored to successfully implement the Resolution of the 13th National Congress of the Party, building a peaceful, unified, independent, democratic and strong Vietnam, firmly stepping up to socialism.

After that, the delegation laid a wreath in memory of the heroes and martyrs at the Memorial of Heroic Martyrs on Bac Son Street, Hanoi.

The delegates remembered the outstanding children of the nation who bravely fought, sacrificed and devoted their lives to the cause of fighting for independence, freedom and national reunification. The delegation's wreath bore the words "Eternal gratitude to heroes and martyrs".

On the same day, the delegations from the Central Military Commission, Ministry of National Defense; and the Central Party Committee of the Ministry of Public Security laid wreaths to pay tribute to President Ho Chi Minh, heroes and martyrs./.
