Accordingly, badges were awarded to 3 members with 70-year Party membership, 2 members with 60-year Party membership, 8 members with 55-year Party membership and 10 members with 50-year Party membership
In his speech at the event, Mr. Bui Van Nghiem, Standing Deputy Secretary of the Vinh Long Party Committee and Chairman of the provincial People’s Council, said that the party badges are a noble reward of the Party and the recognition for the merits and dedication of each individual in the process of fighting, building and developing the country in general and Vinh Long in particular.
He believed that with the determination and dedication to the cause of building and defending the country, the elderly Party members will be a shining example for young generation to follow.
On behalf of the Vinh Long Party Committee, he wishes to continue receiving the intellectual contributions and efforts of these comrades in the development cause of the province in the near future; striving to develop Vinh Long into a good province in the Mekong Delta by 2020 as set by Resolution of the 10th provincial Party Congress./.
