Over 200 photos and documents about children on display

The exhibition is organized by the Ho Chi Minh Museum, under the direction of the Party Central Committee Commission of Popularization and Education, and the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism, to provide information related to studying and following President Ho Chi Minh’s ideology, ethics and life style in 2023.

According to the event’s organizing board, the exhibits contribute to spreading the awareness and responsibility of families, schools and the entire society to study and follow the example of President Ho Chi Minh in caring for, educating and protecting children; encouraging children to do well the "5 things Uncle Ho taught", maintain their duties as good children and good students, constantly develop themselves, mature over the years, and follow in the footsteps of their father’s generations to serve the fatherland.

The display consists of 3 parts. The first part is about Uncle Ho's immense affection and love for teenagers and children. Even though Uncle was busy with state affairs, he still regularly spent time welcoming children at his residential and working places, or visiting kindergartens, schools and children's camps to meet and play with them, promptly praising and encouraging the good examples of Uncle Ho's children. On the occasion of the school year opening ceremony, Children's Day and Mid-Autumn Festival, Uncle Ho often sent letters and wrote articles to express his feelings, encouraging the children to try their best to study.  He always kindly advised parents, teachers, schools, and unions on how to care for and educate children.

The second part includes images, documents, and artifacts about activities of the Party, State and the whole society implementing policies on children, based on President Ho Chi Minh's views on care, education and protection of children - the future seeds of the country.

The third part introduces examples of children who are worthy of the title “Uncle Ho’s good children”./.
