Accordingly, the Prime Minister awarded certificates of merit to 23 collectives and 46 individuals with outstanding achievements in studying and following Ho Chi Minh's ideology, morality and style. Of which, in Cao Bang province, 1 collective and 1 individual were awarded with the certificate of merit, including the Bao Lam Secondary - Boarding School for Ethnic Minorities; and Ms Hoang Thi Anh Tuc, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee and Head of the Front Working Committee of Area 7, Hop Giang Ward, Cao Bang City.

Meanwhile, the Party Central Committee Commission on Popularization and Education issued Decision 3069-QD/BTGTW dated December 8, 2023 on awarding certificates of merit to collectives and individuals with outstanding achievements in studying and following Ho Chi Minh's ideology, morality and style in 2023. Accordingly, one collective and 2 individuals in Cao Bang province received certificates of merit from the commission, including the Criminal Police Department of the Provincial Public Security; Lieutenant Colonel Vu Van Giang, Head of the Ly Van Border Guard Station; and Dang Hoang Dieu, Head of the Literature - Foreign Language Department, Head of the Ho Chi Minh Youth Federation of Nguyen Binh High School, Nguyen Binh district./.
