The Ministry of Education and Training has coordinated with the Party Central Committee Commission of Popularization and Education, Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union Central Committee and E-group Education to organize an online contest on the youth’s studying and following Ho Chi Minh’s ideology, morality and life style 2021.

The contest aims at continuing to promote studying and following Ho Chi Minh's thought, morality and lifestyle according to Directive 05-CT/TW dated May 15, 2016 of the Politburo
The contest is taking place from September 10, 2021 to November 28, 2021. This is an opportunity for union members, young people, students, and students at home and abroad to have a deeper understanding of President Ho Chi Minh, the values in his Will, the country's heroic history, national sovereignty over Vietnam's seas and islands, thereby contributing to moral education, lifestyle, and fostering revolutionary ideals for the young generation of Vietnam today.
Candidates register for an account and take part in the online test at the contest's website: http://hocvalamtheobac.vn. Account will be confirmed via personal email. Each contestant is only allowed to register and use one account to participate in the contest.
Candidates can download the app hocvalamtheobac to register and take the exam.
