A delegation of the Ministry of Public Security led by General To Lam, member of the Politburo and Minister of Public Security, offered incense in commemoration of President Ho Chi Minh at the President Ho Chi Minh Memorial Cultural Area on May 5 on the occasion of the 70th anniversary of the Dien Bien Phu Victory.

On this occasion, the delegation visited families of veteran soldiers and frontline workers who directly participated in the Dien Bien Phu Campaign in 1954 living in Thanh Hoa city.
At the President Ho Chi Minh Memorial Cultural Area, Minister To Lam and delegates offered flowers and incense to President Ho Chi Minh, a genius leader and national liberation hero of Vietnam, to express their utmost respect and deep gratitude to the national beloved leader.
General To Lam visited and presented gifts to the families of Pham Van Hoa, a wounded soldier participating in the Hill A1 combat, and Nguyen Thi Mo, a frontline worker serving in the Dien Bien Phu Campaign.
