In a sacred and respectful atmosphere, Senior Lieutenant General Do Can and the delegation offered incense and fresh flowers to the spirit of President Ho Chi Minh, expressing their boundless gratitude and deep respect for him, the great leader of the Party and people, the father of the Vietnamese armed forces, the hero of national liberation, and a great man of culture.
President Ho Chi Minh has passed away, but his great career and noble example always live with the Vietnamese country, and the Vietnam People's Army. His ideology, morality and style have always been the ideological foundation, a guideline for all actions, guiding the way for the Vietnamese revolution to go from one victory to another.
They vowed to constantly study and follow his noble ideology, morality and style; continued efforts to successfully complete assigned tasks, contributing to the successful implementation of the Resolution of the 13th National Party Congress and the Resolution of the 11th Military Party Congress; further promote the cause of renewal, firmly build and defend the socialist Vietnamese Fatherland; and enhance the quality of Uncle Ho's army for the goal of a strong and prosperous country, and the people becoming more and more prosperous and happy./.
