The 10th “Light of the times” contest about Marxist-Leninist science and Ho Chi Minh’s thought has been launched by the Department of Popularization and Education, Youth Union, Department of Education and Training of the city, and the Party Committee bloc of universities and colleges.

The contest attracts 64 teams with more than 400 contestants (aged 35 and under).
Through the contest, contestants will learn about the contents of studying and following Ho Chi Minh’s ideology, morality and style; Marxism-Leninism; knowledge about the Communist Party of Vietnam, the country of Vietnam and Ho Chi Minh City; national history and culture; tradition of the Youth Union organization; basic legal knowledge; and apply knowledge of Marxist-Leninist sciences and Ho Chi Minh’s thought to solve practical problems.
The organizers will award prizes to six contestants with the best entries and two groups, which have the largest number of entries./.
