Accordingly, for the typical collectives, the provincial and city confederations of labour and those at the central and grassroots levels will be praised for issuing guidelines and creative ways of doing work, bringing about remarkable positive changes and outstanding efficiency.

In addition, Party organizations that have successfully developed moral standards based on President Ho Chi Minh's ideology, morality and style every year will also be honoured.

For individuals, trade union cadres and members who voluntarily follow President Ho Chi Minh's ideology, morality and style; are typical examples of striving at work and of following President Ho Chi Minh's ideology, morality and style at agencies; and carrying out effective and practical deeds, will be honoured.

The VGCL gives priority to selecting and rewarding union members who are workers and labourers directly working and joining production in non-State enterprises./.
