According to the Binh Tan District Party Committee Commission on Popularization and Education, a variety of activities were carried out, including donating bookcases, fostering a reading culture in boarding houses, installing sports equipment, providing gifts for workers and children, and establishing study support groups for children in boarding houses. The district also organized self-defense martial arts classes and launched community-level emulation movements.

Through practical implementation, Binh Tan District developed seven fundamental criteria for safe boarding houses for women and children, which landlords are encouraged to adopt.

From 2024 to 2025, Binh Tan District aims to expand the model of the Ho Chi Minh Cultural Space in boarding houses annually. Each ward in the district is expected to have at least one boarding house with this cultural space, contributing to the widespread integration of the Ho Chi Minh Cultural Space into daily life.

To date, Binh Tan District has established 281 Ho Chi Minh Cultural Space facilities in various locations, including government offices, businesses, religious and spiritual establishments, boarding houses, apartment complexes, residential areas, and online platforms./.
